By Using Boatsweek.COM, You agree to abide by the terms of this website user agreement and/or terms and conditions of running any advertisement. Please Read It Carefully.
 
To insure a safe, non offensive environment for all of our users, we have established our Terms of Use. It spells out what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. By accessing any areas of our site, users ("Users") agree to be legally bound and to abide by the terms set forth below. 

OUR REFUND POLICY:

There are no refunds credits or substitutions for any ads, listings or postings canceled by any person, consumer, company or customer once their ad has been posted on the Boatsweek website.

OUR AD CHANGE POLICY:

You can make 2 free changes. To make changes to your listing, send back your original confirmation email with the new price or info and we will change it TWICE at no additional cost. Or you can use the modify order form posted in the customer service section. Although our listings run until you sell, this does not mean you can make free unlimited ad changes. After 2 changes, you will have to re-list your watercraft and pay for a new ad. You may also leave you ad as is after the second change.

INITIAL AD ERRORS:

We will correct any error that we make for any initial ad (FIRST POSTING) as soon as possible, free of charge to our customer. Please contact us as soon as possible to correct any errors you may have in your listing.  Boatsweek reserves the Right to Edit, Rewrite and/or Reject Any Ad for any reason whatsoever such as typing in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS (SHOUTING).  If in the event your ad, listing or posting is rejected, there is no charge to your credit card and ALL your information is deleted.  

In order to protect ourselves from fraudulent postings or "waste our time postings", We reserve the right to immediately remove any posting we deem as posted with intent to harass us or any of our companies.

EACH TIME YOU PURCHASE ANY ADVERTISEMENT, PRODUCT OR LISTING AT BOATSWEEK.COM, YOU ARE REPRESENTING THAT YOU ARE AN ADULT AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH PURCHASES. 

 
 DISPUTE & TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS
 This Visitor Agreement has been made in, and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of, the State of Connecticut. By using the Boatsweek service, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in Hartford County, Connecticut in all disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or  use of this website.
 All content, both commercial and personal, all material received at Boatsweek or sister sites, shall be subject to 
 the approval, revision, or rejection by us in its sole discretion. The acceptance or publication of advertising 
 information on the Internet shall not waive our right to disapprove, edit, revise, or reject such any posting. 
 Submission of any and all copy to Boatsweek by any person or business constitutes consent to the above 
 policies and terms.

 All rights reserved. All graphics, logos and service marks and trademarks of our site and its affiliates may not be 
 used without prior written consent of CTPlanet.com or its affiliates, as the case may be. All other trademarks, 
 product names, and company names and logos appearing on our site are the property of their respective

 We cannot guarantee you can sell your vehicle through our website. User expressly agrees that use of our site is 
 at User's sole risk. Neither our site, nor its affiliates, nor any of their officers, directors, or employees, agents, 
 third-party content providers, merchants, sponsors, licensers (collectively, "Providers"), or the like, warrant that 
 our site will be uninterrupted or error-free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be 
 obtained from the use of our site, or as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information content, 
 service, or merchandise provided through our site. We cannot guarantee you will sell your vehicle through our 
 website nor can ANY other company anywhere.

 Under no circumstances shall Boatsweek or any other party involved in creating, producing, or distributing 
 Boatsweek  be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the 
 use of or inability to use Boatsweek , including but not limited to reliance by a User on any information obtained 
 from Boatsweek.com or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or email, errors, 
 defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance, whether or not resulting from 
 acts of God, communications failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to Boatsweek.com's records, 
 programs, or services. User hereby acknowledges that this paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise, 
 and services available through Boatsweek.com. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of 
 liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted

 User acknowledges that Boatsweek may contain information, data, software, photographs, graphs, videos, 
 typefaces, graphics, music, sounds, and other material (collectively "Content") that are protected by copyrights, 
 trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights, and that these rights are valid and protected in all forms, 
 media and technologies existing now or hereinafter developed. All Content is copyrighted as a collective work 
 under the U.S. copyright laws, and Boatsweek.com owns a copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement, 
 and enhancement of such Content. User may not modify, remove, delete, augment, add to, publish, transmit, 
 participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in 
 whole or in part.
 
SINGLE COPY LICENSE
Subject to all provisions herein, you may not copy, by either downloading or copying, text, photographs, images,

 damages or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content,

 IMPORTANT NOTICE TO WEBMASTERS
 
 Regarding the use of trademarked names in metatags and/or hidden text, Boatsweek.com has a no-tolerance
 policy. The use of trademarked names in metatag keywords is trademark infringement, and the use of 
 trademarked terms in page text, metatags, and/or hidden text for purposes of gaining higher rankings from 
 search engines is unfair competition. Linking to any Boatsweek.com web page is prohibited absent express written 
 permission from Boatsweek.com. Framing the Boatsweek.com web site with links, advertisements and/or other 
 information not originating from the Boatsweek.com web site is expressly prohibited. 
 
 ONLINE CONDUCT
 User agrees to use Boatsweek.com only for lawful purposes. User is prohibited from posting on or transmitting 
 through Boatsweek.com any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, 
 sexually explicit, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including 
 but not limited to any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to 
 civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law. 
 If Boatsweek.com is notified of allegedly infringing, defamatory, damaging, illegal, or offensive Content provided by 
 User, Boatsweek.com may investigate the allegation and determine in its sole discretion whether to remove or 
 request the removal of such Content from Boatsweek.com. Boatsweek.com may disclose any Content or electronic 
 communication of any kind 
 
 x to satisfy any law, regulation, or government request;
x if such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to operate Boatsweek.com; or

 Boatsweek.com, without notice, for any conduct that Boatsweek.com, in its sole discretion, believes is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another User, a third-party Provider, a service provider, or Boatsweek .
 
 USAGE BY MINORS
 We cannot prohibit minors from visiting this site. Boatsweek.com must rely on parents, guardians and 
 those responsible for supervising minors to decide which materials are appropriate for such children to view. 
 Boatsweek.com requires that all purchases be made by an adult if applicable.
 
EACH TIME YOU PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT AT BOATSWEEK, YOU ARE REPRESENTING THAT 
 YOU ARE AN ADULT. 
 
 SEVERABILITY
 The provisions of these Terms of Use are intended to be severable. If for any reason any provision of these 
 Terms of Use shall be held invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part in any jurisdiction, such provision shall, as 
 to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability without in any manner 
 affecting the validity or enforceability thereof in any other jurisdiction or the remaining provisions hereof in any 
 jurisdiction. ACKNOWLEDGMENT The Terms of Use, including all documents referenced herein, represents the
